Common questions before getting in touch
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day for all enquiries sent through the form or by email. Phone calls during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm) are answered directly or returned the same day.
Do I need my payroll details ready to get a quote?
Not at all. A rough employee count and pay frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) is enough to give you a starting figure. We’ll ask for more detail once you’re happy to proceed.
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. We handle mid-year takeovers regularly. We review the current payroll position, year-to-date figures and Revenue setup, then agree a handover date. Most switches complete within two pay cycles.
Do you offer in-person meetings?
Our service is designed to work remotely most clients never need to visit the office. We’re happy to speak by phone or video if that’s useful at the start.
We already have an accountant. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. Payrollcompany.ie works alongside existing accountants and bookkeepers — payroll is our focus, not a replacement for their wider role. We also offer a white-label service for accountancy practices.
What’s the minimum contract length?
No long-term contract. The service operates on 1-month minimum notice to terminate — you can leave with a month’s notice at any point. No lock-in.
